Where womb connection is honored as holy,

divine healing moves through the body,
and creativity blossoms from the center of your being.

Healing happens in community.

Dancing Doula LLC is a womb-centered spiritual healing practice devoted to guiding women back home to themselves.

At the forefront of this work is the knowledge that the connection of the womb is not only physical — it is spiritual, emotional, ancestral, intuitive, and creative. Every offering begins with presence. With reverence. With the belief that healing the womb is a sacred journey of remembrance.

Meet Mel

I’m Mel McCray — a mother, teaching artist, and full-spectrum doula devoted to supporting women through every stage of their journey.

My work is rooted in womb-centered care, blending spiritual connection, cultural movement, and holistic practices to guide women back to their bodies, their intuition, and their power.

As a first-generation mother to experience an unmedicated birth and breastfeeding, my passion comes from lived experience — not just training.

I understand the importance of feeling supported, informed, and deeply connected throughout every phase of womanhood.

Through my own journey of womb healing, I’ve learned what it means to tend to the body with intention.

That same care is what I bring to every woman I serve.

You are not empty.
You are not broken.

You are a vessel of creation.
You are a vessel of healing.
