Movement & Yoga Sessions

A sacred space for expecting mothers to slow down, connect, and nurture both body and baby. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and womb-centered awareness, these sessions support your changing body while building strength, ease, and inner trust.
With a focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and opening the hips, you’ll be guided to prepare your body for birth while deepening your physical and spiritual connection to your womb.
